Reasons i voted for the training and equiping measures that have been implemented but my frustration is that as you also have observed there is a huge gap between the goals and missions that weve outlined for the United States and the actual action that were undertaking the train and equip activities are way behind what we might have hoped by this point and theres no clear timetable for really achieving the level of capability that we expected or hoped.
