Wellbeing score on the productivity measures so what you see is that people who are reporting that they are less productive because of these factors have a lower wellbeing and it differenters so a lot of people are saying that they have too much to do and that is impacting their ability to be productive. And that does have a detrimental effect on their wellbeing bringing it down to an average of 67 points, our over all average is 74 so it brings it down a bit.
