Its focus on solutions, and i love your key insight for just that we tend to give advice to women and the resulting books and conferences telling them what they need to change. We need to negotiate more and we will never get the corner office. But what you point out is we are not the ones that are broken. Whats broken is the workplace and as we know they were designed by a man for men when women try to act like men it hasnt worked out well for us and i love how you put it. We need to call a timeout on the women fixing epidemic and as you point out, gender and quality isnt just about women.
