Really a broad and diverse subset of the leather and kink community, that i may not interact with everyone in the leather and kink community, that maybe is not in my interest, but we acknowledge each other and support each other and we understand our plight for more visibility, for acceptability. so people may think like, oh, this is all about sex, but really, it s not. this is my identity, this is who i am, this is who i identify as when i get up in the morning. i m going to lay some cards on the table and not pretend to not have any idea what the leatherman s discussion group is. i used to live in san francisco, i presented at lgbt meetings, i presented at lgbt, including a workshop on the leatherman. so i know a lot of people who have been involved and hold nit high regard, partly because of what groups like lgd groups is to explain all of these wild, kinky, interesting things that people are interested in, so ....
