The Senate Budget committee returned to debate for amendments to the fiscal 2018 budget resolution. Im happy to follow the gentleman from South Carolina who just wants to make sure that were a thriving economy. This bill, this provision, takes money away from taxpayers in many states. And i happen to be a representative from one of those states.
