On charlotte, North Carolina tonight. A third night of protests is underway. And the mayor has now issued a curfew that takes effect at midnight. This is a live picture of the protests, which have so far been peaceful tonight. Protests earlier this week did turn violent. One protester has died after being shot last night, although city Officials Say he was not shot by police. The protests stem from the Fatal Shooting of keith lamont scott. Who tuesday.
