關於Java SE技術手冊版本應該買哪一本好呢？

然後看現在最新的技術手冊是SE14，但同學的主管有說新版的裡面有一些舊版的東西沒提到，然後最接近Java SE8的技術手冊是SE9 （SE8技術手冊有點太舊了不好買然後未來又想都改寫11）。
還煩請各位高手替小弟解惑買SE9 是否符合需要，目前自己本身實力是廢到連各版本差異還無法分辨，只照學長講的挑新的永久支持版用就對了XD
其實我覺得可以參考JAVA原廠對各版本的支援
