TALLAHASSEE, Florida – Sophomore Jackson Baumeister was named the ACC Pitcher of the Week Monday for his performance last week against Clemson. It is the first career weekly honor for Baumeister, and the first for a Seminole this season. Baumeister, from Jacksonville, set career-highs with 7.0 innings pitched and 14 strikeouts in FSU’s 5-1 victory over the Tigers. Baumeister threw 110 pitches in the contest and allowed just four hits, two walks and did not allow a run.
