And maybe i was polly annaish about this but i felt it was a matter of principle. I felt i was in a kangaroo court. I felt my Constitutional Rights had been violated, and i wasnt going to participate. And as a result, i turned down a deal, by the way, i could have had a deal on one count probably would have done 18 months. The doj was going to insist on prison time, but the deal i turned down was 1 count, 18 months. It was a 10,000. My restitution would have been 10,000. I wou...
