Some heavy charges the heaviest of which is the continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14 years old. Tonight Darrell Harris is in humboldt county jail. After being arrested in eureka thursday. The 40 something year old could face up to 6 years in prison if hes convicted of sexually abusing a child between 2008and 2011. Harris is facing several other chrages which include lewd acts and oral sex with a minor 1417 years of age between 2011 and 2015. And a misdemeanor charge of Sexual Battery involved the same victim.
