North Walsham was brought to a standstill over Monday and Tuesday as pavement resurfacing work on Yarmouth Road saw five sets of temporary traffic lights erected. Oscar, 18, said: We were going to the market and the shop was there and we said we’ve got to be first in when the shop opens.
