Counsel. Should there have been a special count appointed under these circumstances. In my opinion, no. There was no need for one thing, department was not conflicted. It is understandable that Jeff Sessions had to recase himself because recuse himself, at least he was a fact witness potentially. But that did not conflict the entire department of justice. If once there was an allegation, if there was one, then it should go to normal process of the department. Then handled by the u. S. Attorney, either in washington d. C. Or in new york.
