trees greeted the visitors but now all you can see really is the jail behind me over there. this started out as a project to convert are 13 county buildings to solar power. the plan was to put most of the solar panels on roof tops but the county public works department along with main street power a green construction company felt this was the best place for them. the project was approved by the county board of supervisors so apparently the public works department thought it was okay to clearcut the trees without any public that' notice or ovet which surprised the supervisors and man...
