Good morning, everyone. It is friday, december 20th. Im ayman mohyeldin, alongside Yasmin Vossoughian. The next step in the impeachment process, the senate trial remains in limbo as lawmakers leave washington for a twoweek holiday break. The trial cannot begin until the House Speaker transmits the articles to the senate and appoints the lawmakers known as impeachment managers who will then prosecute the case.
