Our states Rural Communities are having the toughest time recruiting bay area School Districts are also struggling to fill vacancies as well. San francisco unified is experiencing employee shortages in most roles. The district says to date that they have filled about 76 of 600 classroom vacancies. Theyre expanding efforts to try and recruit more qualified candidates. Ted linder reports on the problem of the nationwide Teacher Shortage and some of the possible solutions to address it with back to School Season ramping up parents and students are gearing up.

While the questions remain about what caused it, were getting a better idea of what happened by calls made by the trains operator just after it happened.
