Work we do every day in our courtrooms. One interesting thing that did come from the study that was conducted was the value of proposition 47 for reducing Racial Disparity. I raise it here today, its one of the rare policies we see working on reducing incarceration and gives the greatest benefit to African American men, above anybody else.
