En. I have four good Success Stories via e. M. S. 6, but ill read you the last two. We had a 46yearold male with alcohol history who completed treatment and is now in a step down unit. In 2018, he had 105 sffd transports, and in the previous 12 months, he has had 88 transports. E. M. S. 6 shepherded this person through treatment and he has not used alcohol since june of this year. Also, a 66yearold with chronic medical condition showed a rapid decline over the last three years as showed in this ambulance indication. E. M. S. 6 placed him in the Navigation Center and assisted him with Housing Assessment and application and helped get his documentation ready. He is now housed and reconnected with his children. We have this huge uptick of narcan distribution. What percentage are fentanyl based and what percentage are heroin based and do you track the reason for the overdose or the cause . So if i may interject, when we give someone narcan, and it reverses the overdose, we know its an opioid, okay . We dont necessarily know if its fentanyl or heroin or what it is. So we dont run a test to figure that out typically, so that may be done at the hospital. But what we can say sort of anecdotally. But what we can say is the use of narcan by our members has gone up, and i know the Health Department ....
