Agents and collingdale Delaware County Police Arrested 23yearold Christopher Hannigan in his Delaware County home. According to investigators records hannigan and his alleged victim worked together. They argued and hannigan is alleged to have punched, choked and sexually assaulted the woman at knife point. This evening hannigan is behind bars with a 10 million bail between him and freedom.
