Agents and collingdale Delaware CountyPolice Arrested 23yearold Christopher Hannigan in his Delaware County home. According to investigators records hannigan and his alleged victim worked together. They argued and hannigan is alleged to have punched, choked and sexually assaulted the woman at knife point. This evening hannigan is behind bars with a 10 million bail between him and freedom. His alleged victim is being applauded for her actions under duress. Victim saved herself. She had enough sense and enough composure to text 911 and know she couldnt make a call. Some people wouldnt have thought that. Reporter hannigan has criminal history which may have played a part in that big 10 million bail.
