Carly owens teaches second grade in the district and says Primary School teachers are used to their classroom being petri dishes for disease. Santa clara county salons were allowed to reopen but only for two days and stylists and clients wore masks and they set up partitions to separate work areas and some salons experimented with working outside. The new bill in sacramento would ease state prescriptions restrictions to allow salons to partially operate.
