Like my own when we have manager coverage and not medical coverage for parttime employees because they are under sf healthy. My understanding is that they are no longer valid. Each plan interprets that underwriting guideline a little differently. Its really up to the lets start from a the group size is determined by the number of those eligible. The Group Numbers of the last quarter on average how many people worked 30 or more hours. Then from there you qualify into the health plans.
