Is that correct . Yes. And between 2004 and 2014, no Public Notices were issued as a result of gms knowledge of these facts and no recalls were issued for the over 2. 5 million vehicles manufactured with these defective ignition switches. Force looking for stolen cars and the crook. He says thieves will steal a cart, commit burglary and then abandon the car. This preschool has seen its share of abandon cars in its parking lot. You have a big lot. Why not dump it here. Reporter the preschool added a chain and padlock on the driveway to stop the problem. Police say the ignition switches in those cars are easy to rig. I deliver pizzas. Luckily my grandma was able to let me borrow her car. Im lucky to have the car back. Reporter and now thanks to an alert Patrol Officer who ran the honda plate, michael has his car back. And this county task force, thats all they do, go out looking for stolen cars and looking from the crooks that stole those cars. But todays arrest was a result of good oldfashioned police work.
