Apparent drive an apparent driveby shooting shutting down a busy intersection. We just got this video in. Police responded to center road near tully road in south san jose just before 11 00 a. M. You can see there is a large number of Police Cruisers on the scene. Were told one person standing outside his vehicle was hit by gunfire and was taken to the hospital. Police are now gathering evidence from two vehicles, apparently involved. Officers are also at coyote creek Mobile Home Park where witnesses saw a suspects vehicle coming from the park.
