City police tried to make a felony stop on a stolen car with two men inside. That car sped off leading officers on a pursuit. Eventually the driver and passenger bailed out of the car in San Francisco and thats when police shot one of the men several times. Killing him. It is unclear if that was the passenger or the driver.
