no we're going the budget. >> even more fascinating. >> now that's a ratings grabber. >> bare chested congressman. >> the white house, first of all let's put this in context. we talked about this. largest budget deficit ever, $1.6 trillion. each trillion is 1,000 billion dollars. 2012, 1.1 trillion under the proposal, the best looking cut you get out of the white house that affects discretionary, the most vulnerable, least able to defend themselves, $33 billion which represent as 2% cut. good politics. walk the walk tough guy. doing nothing. gop, little better. 61 billion. comes out the 4%. we'll give them points for that other than the fact it's also irrelevant because we're dealing with trillions of dollars.
