But in the last couple of months, this has become the last resort for some Homeless People who need to find a place to pitch their tents. I have a lot of sympathy for them. Reporter it is the eternal struggle for general manager jalil hamidi when he shows up for work at this car dealership off willow pass road in concord. Does he lend a helping hand to the homeless . Every night before i lock up, if i see them, i give them coffee, hot water. Reporter or does he push them away .
