Fremont Police Department was hit by a truck last night while walking in castro valley. It happened on Center Street and gem avenue. A ford pickup truck going southbound on Center Street hit a pedestrian, an off duty rushed to the hospital with serious injuries. The truck driver cooperated with investigators and drugs and alcohol dont appear to be a factor.
