This is going to mean drastic conditions for communities in jamaica and haiti because the front quadrant is always where the strongest winds are. That is where we are concerned for those people in haiti. It is currently a category 4 hurricane. Jamaica, just to the east. They will still have impact, but not a direct hit like eastern portions of cuba and haiti. Then it moves into berm ....
