Longtime state Rep. Paul Holvey, the second-ranking Democrat in the Oregon House, plans to retire after 20 years in the House.
The latest numbers from the Oregon Secretary of State show that 10% of voters, or 1,248 people have voted to recall Representative Holvey, while 90%, or 11,390 people have voted
The effort comes after Holvey stymied UFCW's priority legislation, a bill to require cannabis companies to sign labor peace agreements.
