Street. Visibility very very poor. The travel ban is in effect. The only vehicles allowed on the street other than heavy equipment are Emergency Vehicles, those affiliated with medical services and the media. Here you see one of the many plows that has made its way down the street. We have noticed more than a dozen plows in the last hour. As you take a look very quickly you can see that the blacktop is still not visible. They are plowing every few minutes, the snow continues to fall 34 inches an hour.
