Four people are recovering after being shot in east oakland. Two of the victims are children, a 12yearold girl and an 8yearold girl. The shooting happened in the middle of the day just before 2 30 this afternoon. Kimberly . Reporter diane, police are still searching for the suspect or suspects in this case.
