Expressway closed. Now that is actually preventing any access to the schuylkill expressway westbound. The eastbound side is doing just fine. You can see the road closed signs here so no access to the westbound schuylkill. Take girard to the schuylkill expressway just for right now and they also have local detour signs posted throughout the area. We are still dealing with 11 minute drive him heading westbound from the vine street expressway toward the blue route and eastbound side of the schuylkill expressway from the blue route up to the vine 12 minutes there. No problems on 95. 15 minute trip...
