They can't wait for COVID-19 pandemic restrictions to be lifted so they can embark on No. 66. "We miss our cruises; it's sad," said Roberta Cullen, 67, as she and Jim, 71, recalled highlights of their many cruises recently during a visit at their On Top of the World home. The Cullens met in Los Angeles Roberta Cullen is a native of Honolulu. Her grandfather opened the Palama Settlement, a charitable outreach in the area, in the early 1900s.
