Happening and got out of his car and chased the suspect and the police joined the chase on the College Campus and they found what they believe was the suspects coat and the victims hat sources say he was seen discardeding inging them as he ran. The parking lot was owned by the one town apartments and residents were horrified to hear what happened here. I am surprised it seemed safe. Women that use their garage always felt safe here.
