મહારાષ્ટ્રમાં ભારે વરસાદે આફત સર્જી છે. મહારાષ્ટ્રમાં ભારે વરસાદના કારણે છેલ્લા 24 કલાકમાં ભારે વરસાદ, ભૂસ્ખલન અને પૂરના પ્રકોપથી 112 લોકોનાં મોત થયા છે જ્યારે 99 લોકો ગુમ થયા છે. મહારાષ્ટ્રમાં ભારે વરસાદના કારણે આવેલા પુરથી 54 ગામો સંપૂર્ણ રીતે અને 800થી વધુ ગામો આંશિક રીતે અસરગ્રસ્ત થયા છે. જેમાં પુનાના 420 ગામ, કોલ્હાપુરના 243 ગામ, સાંગલીના 92 અને સતારા જિલ્લાના 120 ગામનો સમાવેશ થાય છે.
છેલ્લા 24 કલાકમાં ભારે વરસાદના પરિણામે થયેલા ભૂસ્ખલન અને પુરથી 112 લોકોના મૃત્યુ થયા છે. કોંકણના રાયગઢમાં સૌથી વધુ વિનાશ થયો છે. જિલ્લામાં ત્રણ સ્થળોએ ભૂસ્ખલન થયું છે. એકલા મહાડના તલિયા ગામમાં થયેલા ભૂસ્ખલનમાં જ 52 શબને બહાર કાઢવામાં આવ્યા છે અને 53 લોકો ગુમ છે. અહીં 33 લોકો ગંભીર રૂપથી ઘાયલ થયા છે.
સ્ટેટ ડિઝાસ્ટર કન્ટ્રોલ રૂમ મુજબ રાયગઢ, રત્નાગિરી, સાંગલી, સતારા, કોલ્હાપુર, સિંધુદુર્ગ અને પુનામાં અત્યાર સુધીમાં 112 શબને કાટમાળમાંથી કાઢવામાં આવ્યા છે. જ્યારે 53 લોકો ગંભીર રૂપથી ઘાયલ થયા છે. તલિયે ગામ સિવાય રાયગઢ જિલ્લાના પોલાદપુર તાલુકામાં સુતારવાડીમાં ભૂસ્ખલનથી 5 લોકોના મૃત્યુ થયા છે. જ્યારે 15 લોકો ઘાયલ છે. કેવલાલે ગામમાં પણ 5 લોકોના મૃત્યુ થયા છે અને 6 લોકો ગંભીર રૂપથી ઘાયલ થયા છે. વશિષ્ઠી નદી પર પુલ વહી જવાના કારણે ચિપલૂન તરફ જનાર માર્ગ સંપૂર્ણ રીતે બંધ થઈ ગયો છે. મુંબઈ-ગોવા હાઈવે પર વાહનોની લાંબી લાઈનો લાગી છે.
1,35,313 લોકોને સુરક્ષિત જગ્યાએ ખસેડાયા
પશ્ચિમ મહારાષ્ટ્રના પુણે મંડળમાં ભારે વરસાદ થઈ રહ્યો છે અને નદીઓ ખતરા પર વહી રહી છે. અત્યાર સુધીમાં 1,35,313 લોકોને સુરક્ષિત જગ્યાએ પહોંચાડવામાં આવ્યા છે. આ પૈકીના 40,882 લોકો કોલ્હાપુર જિલ્લામાંથી છે.
કોલ્હાપુર શહેરની પાસે પંચગંગા નદી 2019માં આવેલા પુરના સ્તરથી ઉપર વહી રહી છે. પુના અને કોલ્હાપુરની સાથે મંડળમાં સાંગલી અને સતારા જિલ્લો પણ આવે છે. સાંગલીમાં 7800, સતારામાં 5656, થાણેમાં 6390 અને રાયગઢ જિલ્લામાં 1000 લોકોને સુરક્ષિત જગ્યાએ લાવવામાં આવ્યા છે.
સતારામાં 3024 પાલતુ પશુઓના મૃત્યુ
વરસાદ દરમિયાન ભૂસ્ખલન અને પુરથી 3221 પાલતુ પશુઓના મૃત્યુ થયા છે. સૌથી વધુ 3024 પશુઓના મૃત્યુ સતારા જિલ્લામાં થયા છે. જ્યારે રત્નાગિરીમાં 115, રાયગઢમાં 33, કોલ્હાપુરમાં 27, સાંગલીમાં 13, પુનામાં 6 અને થાણેમાં 3 પશુઓએ જીવ ગુમાવ્યા છે. સતારાના ઘણા વિસ્તાર ભારે વરસાદ અને ભૂસ્ખલનની ઘટનાઓથી ખરાબ રીતે પ્રભાવિત થયા છે.
આર્મી, નેવીની પણ લેવાઈ રહી છે મદદ
રાજ્યમાં વરસાદના કારણે સર્જાયેલી પુરની સ્થિતિમાં રાહત અને બચાવ માટે NDRFની 34 ટીમને લગાડવામાં આવી છે. જેમાંથી 8 ટીમને મુંબઈ, પુના અને નાગપુરમાં રિઝર્વ રાખવામાં આવી છે. આ ઉપરાંત નેવીની 7 ટીમો, એસડીઆરએફની 8, કોસ્ટગાર્ડની ત્રણ અને એરફોર્સના હેલિકોપ્ટર સહિત આર્મીની 6 ટીમોનો ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવી રહ્યો છે. પૂરગ્રસ્ત વિસ્તારોમાં એનડીઆરએફની 48 બોટ અને એસડીઆરએફની 11 બોટ સહિત 59 બોટ દ્વારા લોકોને રાહત આપવામાં આવી રહી છે.
CM ઠાકરેએ તાલિએ ગામના પુનર્વસનની ખાતરી આપી છે
મુખ્યમંત્રી ઉદ્ધવ ઠાકરે શનિવારે રાયગઢના તાલિયા ગામની મુલાકાત લીધી હતી. તેમણે ગ્રામજનોને સરકાર તરફથી તમામ મદદ પૂરી પાડવાની ખાતરી આપી હતી. તેમણે કહ્યું કે ગામના બચેલા લોકોનું પુનર્વસન કરવામાં આવશે. તમે એક મોટી દુર્ઘટનાનો સામનો કર્યો છે, તેથી હમણાં તમારે ફક્ત તમારી સંભાળ લેવાની જરૂર છે. બાકી સરકાર પર છોડી દો.
કોંકણ માટે અલગ ડિઝાસ્ટર મેનેજમેન્ટ સેન્ટર: ફડણવીસ
ભાજપના વરિષ્ઠ નેતા દેવેન્દ્ર ફડણવીસે કોંકણમાં પુનરાવર્તિત કુદરતી આફતોનો સામનો કરવા માટે એક અલગ ડિઝાસ્ટર મેનેજમેન્ટ સેન્ટરની માંગ કરી છે. તેમણે કહ્યું કે કોંકણના ભૌગોલિક સ્થાનને ધ્યાનમાં લેતા આ જરૂરી છે. ખાસ કરીને વરસાદની મોસમમાં, એક અલગ ડિઝાસ્ટર મેનેજમેન્ટ સેન્ટરની સાથે પૂરતા પ્રમાણમાં માનવ સંશાધન પૂરું પાડવું જરૂરી છે.
