Just a year later, both disciplines are in the top five – and it’s easy to understand why. The coronavirus pandemic has prompted people to rethink their approach to health and fitness. As a result, some gym-goers have swapped the squat cage for a playground climbing frame while others are using alfresco workouts as their first step into the fitness world. 

Callisthenics workout guides from the experts
