What happened is we rescued the School Systems. That is not an exaggeration. We did it. What ended up happening . Not totally because of that but now we have the highest Graduation Rate of over 80 for the First Time Ever and we have a dropout rate among blacks and hispanics that has dropped over 25 since you guys started running the show.
