The woman and her brother in his 70s found an intruder in their home this morning. He tied up the brother and stole the sisters purse along with her car. It is outrageous. I dont know. Reporter neighbors and the victims family tell us the intruder is a former neighbor in his early 20s whose house is now abandoned. When he lived here the sister tried to help him out once.
