Affected. Students and staff evacuated there around 1 this afternoon. Sand bagging is happening at both schools. Police say both schools are located in a low area which is subject to flooding. Three streets are still closed. Thats 4thstreet , horicon street, and bridge street. Dozens of volunteers, including students have been working for hours to get the flooding under control. The principal tells me shes not surprised that tom weve got community people, we have church people, we have school people. We have friends of people who have just heard from everybody else.
