Incidents which is nice. Lets take a look at some of the slowdowns that we have. You can see traffic is beginning to get slow at the bay bridge toll plaza. You can see slow traffic coming up to the macarthur maze. It gets a slow waiting to get onto the bridge, 1015 minute delay which is typical. Were also looking at the commute on the east bay. 880 and 580 and also the castro valley, everything looks good to start off with. Hours old. The reality of the situation is all day yesterday, and today, an army of 200 pg e technicians inspected them acclaimed and related gas appliances. Initial reports indicated the full restoration would be completed by 5 00 p. M. But a lot of customers left their homes for warmer accommodations or simply went to work this morning all day making full restoration dependent on folks answering their doors. We have several winter storm advisories for the mountains for snow levels dropping down to 5000ft with 26 inches above 5000ft with 612 inches of snow above 8000ft.
