Us Vice President mike pence has announced plans to deal with a cruise ship thats moored off San Francisco with passengers infected with coronavirus. Mr pence said 21 passengers and crew have tested positive on board the grand princess and says the vessel will be brought into a non commercial port where all 3,500 people will be tested and treated if necessary.
