At least 8,000 people remain in shelters across the island. Right now, there are thousands of troops on ground once again in puerto rico. A team of Law Enforcement personnel and emergency mel workers left from joint base maguire dix on their way to st. Croix to help there. Action News Reporter is there and joins us with more.
