The United States is facing another fiscal crisis automatic spending cuts totaling 85 billion are due to go into effect if the white house and congress do not reach an agreement to reduce the deficit. It probably sounds familiar from the beginning of the year when republicans and democrats battled their way to the brink of the fiscal cliff. Now the language is not quite as dramatic.
