The justices hearing arguments for the first time on the president s travel ban. The policy has been in effect since december. The Trump Administration is asking the court to reverse Lower Court Rulings striking down the ban. But this is the first time the justices are considering whether its violates Immigration Law or the u. S. Constitution.
