Her deputy said theyre paying overtime to current staffers to maintain the highest level between 11 00 a. M. To 11 00 p. M. There has been a higher demand for ambulances and the city will use more of its reserve units. We have more than 100 ambulances and we have half of them available for use so our Long Term Plan and commitment to getting those v
