Prices settled above 51 a barrel. Thats an 11month high and nearly double the lows hit in februa thanks to one of the most powerful crude rallies in years. Experts stay a sustained price just above 50 a barrel takes some of the pressure off of producers yet its not enough to translate into sharply higher price at the gas pump for consumers.
