looks at those deals. credit cards are convenient. the terms and conditions, not so much. now you can change that. the kwoour you re able to make your own terms, that would be fabulous especially if you can control the interest rate. if i could pick my terms and conditions, i would name the date. several are companies are letting you design your card. we re allowing you to design a credit card that suits your lifestyle. fixed card, different rewards programs, different time frames, due dates, grats periods. city group is letting them transfer balances and pick their own interest rate based on how long it will take them to pay back. they have a new card builder tool. so 0% for 6 mnt months or 4% for 1 months. and americaen express use users to customize their rewards from restaurant discounts to extra airmails. whether that trance plaits into a translats into a good deal, we ll see. in a lot of cases, this is more marketing than meet. they say they re giving customers what they want. more flexibility and control allowing them to better manager their finances. he believes there s a benefit in thinking through your choices. people are thinking about the process more than ever before, engaging in it, and as a result they are raising their financial literacy which is critical so that we try in the future to avoid the mistakes we ve had in the past years. and xhurms like the idea of playing a a bigger roll. a word of caution, be sure you read the fine print. let s go internetting right now. we want your 2 cents on how you would design your credit card. i would get the terms, we ve charged up a lot of nice days. since the weekend, we ourselves a nice stretch of sunshine, we had three 60-degree days in a row, and now a pay pack time. if there s a picture that speaks the volume, this , there s a whole lot of rain around the area. some places picked up over half an inch so far. and that s round one. and really just a puppy dog as we head into the we can end. also with 20 miles per hour winds out of the east. east wind itself just adds in moisture. the other thing the east wind does is drog in some of that moisture on the water side as well, and pile that up on the west bay, and that s shore line po teshlt flooding and adds to the potential high tide. plus we have the water coming down from the rainfall, and then draining down from the north and west, and we have ourselves big time issues itself. and dealing with rainfall. looks like another batch heading through caroline county. and we have some pretty heavy rain up through the midportion. we ve tapered down to spotted showers baltimore way, and around enter state 31, and even frederick on the edge with showers trying to regenerate and through carroll county. all right, let s check it out on the wide view here. we ll show you the overall pattern. its circulating around one area of upper midwest. its responsible for basically the upper level pattern taking some trop call speed. we got our hit this morning and moisture to the south. numerous tornado reports and severe weather continues for florida. and it will effect us tonight and tomorrow. is then the big storm itself, the upper level low will transition and get stuck on top of us and could have that threat of rain at least on until monday. the big hit will come in tonight and tomorrow. and as we put this on into moigs, we ll see our forecast model indicating by daybreak tomorrow. this is going to really funnel in all that moisture and heaviest hit of rain we ll have is tomorrow morning just before daybreak and going until at least noontime. and this is 11:00 and see that rain up towards northern delaware, southern new jerssy and could be heavy rainfall rate. and total rainfall just tomorrow alone could be in order of 2 to 3 inches. the whole storm will be in the form of spotted showers. we could get heavy hits of rain sunday and monday, and monday could end up with totals of 4 or 5 inches across maryland. consider we re melting 2 feet of snow across west maryland, all of that has to melt down. and flood watch begins today. spotty showers, and keep that umbrella handy temperatures 56 degrees. going to feel much cooler than the last days. today we settle to 48. the wind pix up, heavy rain down, and flooding likely when you wake up tomorrow morning. we re expecting to have flooding problems maybe up to 54 degrees with chance of thunder mixed in. again heavy rain and biggest hit tomorrow morning until midday. but that threat of rain will continue throughout the week end. more of that stuff on sunday, and although it doesn t look like as heavy of a hit, there will be periods and hours with heavy showers. we ll get to about 50, but most places stuck in the upper 40s. sunday and chance of showers continue into early next week, as we break the pattern with sunshine hitting us wednesday. if you want more on this specific forecast, just check out justin s weather blog. many industries struggle, at least one that continues to grow. the health care field is demanding workers so whether our school, graduating or out of work, there could be opportunities for you. we ll tell you where to shop
