At Dell Music Center when shots were fired. Man in his 20s was hit in the torso and thigh. He was taken to Temple University hospital where he was pronounced dead the event was called philly support philly peace on the street. There was about 600 people in attendance at the concert. The concert ironically was a peace co 11 30, one was police are hoping surveillance cameras will help them catch the hooter.
