Family, friends and neighbors came together to call for an end to the violence just 48 hours after a 16yearold died in a shooting. Reporter well, lucy, first of all, Philadelphia Police are still trying to find the person who gunned down that 16yearold East Germantown boy in a quadruple shooting that happened on tuesday night.
