　　苏州卿峰为持股型公司，本部未经营业务，其核心资产为其通过全资子公司Elegant Jubilee Limited 持有的Global Switch 51%的股权。
　　Global Switch 总部位于伦敦，是欧洲和亚太地区领先的数据中心业主、运营商和开发商。Global Switch 现有13个数据中心，分布在阿姆斯特丹、法兰克福、香港、伦敦、马德里、巴黎、新加坡、悉尼等8个区域核心城市，总建筑面积达到42.81万平方米、总电力容量为427兆伏安。
　　按照此前公告，本次交易完成后，公司主营业务将由特钢业务转为特钢、数据中心双主业共同发展，实现公司业务结构调整和转型发展，以提升公司资产规模、盈利能力，增强市场竞争力和抗风险能力。
　　早在2016年9月，沙钢股份宣布拟筹划资产收购的重大事项，标的资产所属行业为IDC大数据，其后标的公司明确为Global Switch。2018年11月，沙钢股份宣布调整重组方案，拟收购标的资产交易作价237.83亿元。今年6月，沙钢股份重组方案又修改为前文内容。
